Fitness trainer Josh Bezoni has just released his 7 Day Belly Blast Diet and he claims that you can lose your belly fat in 1 week. In my 7 Day Belly Blast Diet review I'm going to determine if these statements are real even if the author firmly believes he has the blueprint for getting rid of excess water storage, belly fat and 'toxic waste' that is filling out people's stomachs. Many people's main sticking point for their bodies is the belly fat and if the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet can help fix it then it's going to make a lot of people very happy.

The 7 Day Belly Blast Diet starts off addressing if your hormones are off and causing your body to store belly fat. Having chronic stress can release the hormone cortisol and which causes the body to store more belly fat. Also when you're body is stressed you'll increase the hormone insulin which will in effect cause other fat burning hormones in the body to be turned off. If you're trying to lose fat in 1 week then it's going to require more than just diet and exercise and it goes deeper into getting your hormones right.

Another big myth that the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet discusses is cutting your calories to lose belly fat fast. When you're cutting calories you're body will naturally lose many nutrients and cause a lot of chaos to happen in the body. One ill affect will cause the brain to tell your body that it's low on nutrients and this will naturally cause you to want to eat more food to make up for the lack of calories. Also after a little bit of time of doing a sever calorie restriction diet your body will also be a very depleted state and your belly fat burning metabolism will be shut off.

But the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet isn't all about hormones and such for losing belly fat in 1 week but it also talks about how food companies have manufactured bad foods to make themselves richer but keep you in poorer health. Many of these heavily processed foods are stripped of their belly fat melting nutrients and instead replaced with cheap artificial preservatives that will pack on the stomach fat. I also wanted to include in my 7 Day Belly Blast Diet review that you should be eating whole foods that aren't processed because those foods will change our brain chemicals to addict us to those foods and they'll also eventually accumulate their toxins into our bodies.

The Diet Manual alone in the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet system is going to be worth the price of the program. It has everything you need to know to get started and create your own belly blast diet. There's also a bunch of other nutrition stuff included, which will surely help keep you accountable during those 7 days such as a success journal and some inspirational videos. But something that really caught my attention for my 7 Day Belly Blast Diet review was the fast abs workouts. Because even if you drop some belly fat in 1 week it's still going to be flabby and that's not going to be very attractive. But with the abs workouts it's going to definitely help tone up your abs so you'll have a much leaner stomach.

I can firmly say that I completely recommend the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet. It has every component that you'll need to lose belly fat in 1 week. But it's not going to be easy and you'll have to follow the system completely if you're looking to accomplish your goal. In my 7 Day Belly Blast Diet review I was very impressed with the system going deeply into hormones and why they cause you to store fat. Many people do not know about this stuff and it's great that somebody is finally addressing it.
