How to get tall after maturity is the question. Getting taller can be simply if you know what to do. Many people think you can't grow anymore after you've reach your total height but there are several tips to help you grow taller if you follow them.

If you're like many people who are under the impression that once you've reached your maturity, you can't grow anymore. This is not a true statement. You see growth spurts when you're growing to your height because they are so dramatic. Once you reach your height your body doesn't stop growing, it just grow more slowly. So slowly, you can't see it any more. The growth hormones in your body stop producing at a fast rate. Using them can help your body continue to grow taller.

Your natural growth hormones don't have any side effects like drug hormones do so you can use them to get taller. Increasing your height is a matter of re-animating your grow hormones to force your body to grow without the harmful side effects of drugs.

Your first priority is to eat the proper foods. No, junk food is not food. It's loaded with chemical perseverative that can actually stunt your growth. Not to mention what they do to the rest of your body. To make your growth hormones start working again your need the proper amount of protein, carbohydrates, and fats. Too much of anyone of these and you not only put on fat but you stunt your growth as well. The foods you need have all the essential nutrients such as vitamins A, B, and C plus other trace minerals such as zinc and calcium plus many more. The saying "you are what you eat" is very apropos if you want to get taller.

The second step is to sleep. With everything going on in life today it's hard to get a good restful sleep. Sleeping for 4 to 6 hours is not enough for the body to be rested. Cut down on the sugar and caffeine will allow your body to get more rest. The more rest you get the faster your body will grow.

Lastly, you need exercise. Video games are not exercise! However, all you need is 10 minutes of exercising to kick in your adrenalin. It's the adrenalin in your body that kick starts your growth hormones. Growing taller includes stretching, hangings and sprints that increase your backbone. Plus, they keep your adrenalin going, thus, your growth hormone keep working. At times while you learn how to get taller, you'll actually feel yourself growing taller.

Don't expect too much too soon. It takes time for the body to start growing again. You'll never have growth spurts like you did as a teenage but you will see and feel your body get taller. Keep up the stretches, hangings and sprints to grow taller and eat the right foods and you'll be on your way to the height you want to reach. Hope that these tips will help you to grow taller.
